Additional Property Attributes

On September 10, 2014, a hazardous building material inspection of Cabin #1 on the central west shore area of Buffalo Lake on the Colville Reservation was done. Based on the nature and age of the cabin, hazardous building materials of concern were asbestos containing materials and lead containing materials. This was a pre-demolition inspection to meet requirements of OSHA, NESHAP, DOSH, TOSHA, and FARR.

Former Use: Very old home (year not specified), single story wood structure. Exterior building components included wood siding and columns, glass windows, and an asphaltic shingle roof. Interior building materials included wood paneling, cellulose insulation and ceiling tiles, and vinyl floor tiles.
