http://www.arkansasbusiness.com/article/111647/wood-cutting-celebrates-orbea-moving-into-new-nlr-facility Former Use: Current owner is exploring option to sell property to Riverfront Baring Cross for potential redevelopment of Orbea Bicycles (http://www.orbea.com/us-en/) national headquarters and manufacturing facility, an additional bicycle retailer, and microbrewery. The property is located in an area of North Little Rock that would significantly benefit from revitalizing the vacant structure. Benefits include new green job creation through the Orbea manufacturing plant. Prospective owner has requested Ph1 assessment prior to purchase to complete their due diligence process. Property was occupied by Superior Spring, an automotive repair shop and parts supplier. Some chemicals and substances used in the automotive parts and repair industry are hazardous and contain petroleum. Update: Property is for sale with a potential purchaser looking to expand the Seal Solar headquarters to include the currently unused portions of the property.
