Former Use: The subject property is comprised of the former Sheldon Creamery building located in Sheldon, WI. The creamery operated as a creamery and cheese factory between 1914 and 1973. It was operated as a clothing manufacturer from the 1970's to 1980. In 1987, the site was purchased and operated by a salvage/recycling firm which operated until 1995. The site was unoccupied from 1995 to 2006. In 2006 Rusk County acquired the site via tax deed. The current owner acquired the property in 2014.
