Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is developed with a two-story residential building (Property building). The Property building is wood-d and constructed on a limestone block and/or concrete block foundation. The structure has a basement, accessible from the interior of the building. Typically, the interior finishes of the Property building appear to consist of wood and/or concrete floors; painted plaster and lathe, gypsum board, and/or wood walls; and gypsum board and/or plaster ceilings. The remaining exterior grounds consist of grassed yard and concrete sidewalks, stairs, and driveway. Observed disconnected utilities included natural gas, electricity, telephone, and potable water. Natural gas piping was observed on the west side of the structure near a basement window well. A detached, two-car garage is located east of the residential building. Sanborn maps depict residential/dwelling structures between 1939-2012. Past ownership is assumed to be private residents.
