Additional Property Attributes

1623 S. Washington, LLC purchased the subject property and is currently renovating the existing 1,326-square foot, single-story commercial building. Total investment is currently estimated at $70,000 for renovations to the existing structure and property. The structure will include a retail/display center and stock room for Heritage Flooring, a tile flooring sales and installation business.

Former Use: The Property consists of approximately 0.694 acre developed with an approximately 1,326-square foot, single-story commercial building. The remainder of the Property consists of asphalt-paved parking and driveways, a gravel drive, and grass. The Property was used for residential and/or commercial purposes from at least 1913 to approximately 2000. From at least 1913 to approximately 1945, three residential buildings and a garage existed on the northern Property parcel, and two residential buildings and a shed existed on the southern Property parcel. By 1950, the southern parcel buildings were razed and the land converted to a parking-lot. In 1963, a commercial building was constructed on the south half of the Property. By 1966, the northern parcel buildings were razed and replaced with a commercial building. Sometime between 1986 and 1989, the south parcel commercial building was razed. The current Property building was constructed in 1989. The north parcel building was razed sometime between 1994 and 1997. The immediate past owner of the Property was The Estate of Gloria Spagnuolo.
