Additional Property Attributes

This site was retained as part of a pre demolition hazardous building material inspection of various mobile homes on the Colville Indian Reservation. The scope of work included inspection of ACM, LBP, and LEC including site inspection, material sampling, sample analysis, and reporting. All inspection tasks were completed by accredited and/or certified professionals.

Former Use: The mobile home on Lot A-4 presented as a single-story prefabricated home comprised of a metal clad wood structure on a metal intended to facilitate transport as a trailer. Interior building materials included gypsum wallboard walls, fiberglass insulation, and sheet vinyl flooring. The roof was sheet metal. An addition to the mobile home had been added to the north side of the structure. A small shed was present on the northeast corner of the lot. At the time of the inspection, the mobile home was in fair condition.
