Additional Property Attributes

Vacant Community Center to be restored and redeveloped including a 3-story addition to provide 25 affordable senior units with first floor commercial. Total investment is anticipated to exceed $7.5 Million.

Former Use: Historical records for the subject property extend back to approximately 1921, when the school building was constructed. Additions to building were completed in 1941 and 1950. The current building was utilized as the Bailey Elementary School from the date of construction (1921) until the mid-1980s. The subject property has been used as a community center (which includes summer camps, administrative offices, etc.) and/or day care since that time.
