Additional Property Attributes

The property owner submitted to the Puerto Rico Planning Board (PRPB), a proposal for an assisted living community in this parcel. The project will consist of 200 housing units and commercial spaces for elderly residents. The construction cost are approximately 14 million dollars. The project is under evaluation at PRPB. However, all evaluation process was put on hold because of the Hurricane Maria effects in the government operations.

Former Use: The site is located at the State Road PR-183 Km 2.0 in Tom�de Castro Ward. According to the information provided by the facility owner, The Cuqui Valdez Junker property covers an area approximately 3.88 acres. The property is presently vacant and covered by vegetation. It includes the remnants of a former structure operated at the site and some construction debris. No vehicle parts or related garbage was founded.
