Additional Property Attributes

Old Town Shed for DPW; currently not in use. Town plans to sell the Site to purchase another property and construct a new public safety building.

Former Use: The Site is a 1.16-acre parcel that is developed with a Butler style garage, which dates to the 1970s, and a sand/salt shed. The Site is the former location of the Town highway department, which was relocated to a new facility in 2008. The Site was fully out of any regular use as of 2010, and has since been used only for the storage of town vehicles, construction equipment (e.g. culverts), and truck attachments (e.g. plows and sanders).
