Additional Property Attributes

There has been some investment interest in the property for renovation and redevelopment. The property is located only four blocks from the center of ongoing downtown development and sits between the main north-south corridor of the Downtown Redevelopment Area CRA. Once the immediate downtown development is well underway, this north corridor will be the most likely next are for full-scale redevelopment.
