Additional Property Attributes

Three phase development featuring commercial office space, residential rental including affordable development targeting veterans. Retail outlets to support development also planned. Phases I & II broke ground in late winter, infrastructure, undergrounds and superstructure underway as of 6/1/2016.

Former Use: The Site consists of 11 adjoining properties located along Leadenhall Street, West West Street, West Cross Street and Race Street in Baltimore, Maryland and is improved with multiple warehouse structures, several of which are vacant and in a severe state of disrepair. The Site has a long history of industrial uses which date back to the early 1900s and include a canning company, a box company, lumber yard, truck sales and service and automotive sales and service. The completed project is anticipated to have the following components (actual SF may vary slightly): � 325,000 square feet of office space � 650 residential units � 45,000 square feet of retail space � 25,000 square feet of clubhouse/general use area � 16,000 square feet of mechanical/service area � 2,000 parking spaces � Improvements to Solo Gibbs Park
