Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site is a 26.8 acre parcel of wooded property, covered with native pines and oaks. There was no apparent evidence of any historical development or prior use of the subject property. The prospective purchaser believed that the property had never been developed for any use. Based upon review of historical aerial photographs, topographic maps, city directories and interviews with property representatives, the subject property has been vacant, wooded land throughout its history up to the present.
