Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site is composed of two parcels: 220 N De Villiers Street and 415 N Wright Street of 0.45 and 0.48 acres, respectively. Based upon review of historical aerial photographs, topographic maps, city directories, and interviews with property representatives, the subject property was developed with residences from 1907 to about 2007. Community Development Partners, LLC then purchased the property and removed the residences that were on the property. Since 2007, the subject property has been undeveloped and vacant parcels.
