Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site is approximately a 0.44 acre vacant parcel. Based upon review of historical aerial photographs, topographic maps, city directories and Sanborn fire insurance maps the subject property has been used as a pond and residential property. The 1907 Sanborn fire insurance map shows a pond covering the property. The 1940 aerial photograph shows the property with one building structure, which appears residential. The 1950 Sanborn fire insurance map shows the property with four residential �dwellings� on the property. The 2007 aerial photograph shows the property as a vacant lot as it is currently.
