Former Use: The subject sites are a 0.26 acre parcel of unimproved property and a 0.15 acre parcel with a 2,880 square-foot metal sided building used as an office and storage for Southeastern Construction, Inc. Based upon review of historical aerial photographs, topographic maps, city directories and interviews with property representatives, the subject property at 520 West Intendencia had up to three dwellings on the property from at least 1940 to about 1950. Since at least 1950, the subject property at 520 West Intendencia Street has been undeveloped commercial property. Based upon review of historical aerial photographs, topographic maps, city directories and interviews with property representatives, the subject property at 513 West Intendencia had up to four dwellings on the property from at least 1940 to about 1950. From at least 1950 to 2007, the subject property at 513 West Intendencia Street was undeveloped commercial property. In 2007, the current structure on the property was built.
