Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site is approximately 0.45 acres and consists of one parcel of improved property containing a 1,628-square foot, stucco over concrete block building with a composite shingle roof and an asphalt parking area. According to an interview with Bayou Investments, the subject property was first developed with a building in 1973 and used as a commercial savings and loan business. The 1981 aerial photograph shows the subject property with one building on the center north portion of the property, as it is presently. City directories list the subject property as Pensacola Home and Savings Association from 1983 to 1988, Great Western Bank from 1988 to 1995, no listing from 1995 to 2008, and Starbuck�s Coffee from 2008 to 2013. In March 2002, PPM Consultants, Inc. performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment on the subject property as a proposed Starbuck�s location and found no recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property. The 2007 aerial photograph shows the property, building and paved driveway as it is presently.
