Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject site consists of four contiguous parcels (labeled from west to east: A, B, C, and D) containing a 1,092-square foot, stucco over concrete block building with a composite shingle roof and a gravel driveway. Parcel A is a commercial parcel with a three sided billboard. Parcels C and D are vacant parcels. According to the city directories, aerial photographs, fire insurance maps and document review, the building on Parcel B was a residence from 1934 to the present and the former building on Parcel D was a residence from 1934 to 1995. According to document review, Barrancas Avenue was involved in a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) project to widen and realign with the new Bayou Chico Bridge. The 1999 aerial photograph shows the property with a billboard on Parcel A, a residence on Parcel B, and Parcels C and D as vacant lots, as they are currently.
