Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of approximately 0.56 total acres of land developed with one residential structure (422 West Gregory Street). Based on information provided by the Escambia County Property Appraiser�s website, the current residential structure on the subject property was built in 1938 and encompasses approximately 2,186 square feet. The reminder of the property consists of grassy areas and a dirt/grass driveway. Based on the review of historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, city directories, and property records, the southeast portion of the subject property has been developed with a residence since 1903. Based on review of historical aerial photographs, fire insurance maps, and city directories, four residences were located on the remainder of the subject property from at least 1903 to at least 1983 and one residence was located on the west-central portion from at least 1951 to at least 1979. Based on review of historical fire insurance maps and city directories, the southwest corner of the property was occupied by two retail structures from at least 1951 to at least 1979. One of the retail structures was occupied by Whitehead�s Cleaners & Laundry from at least 1955 to at least 1960.
