Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of two contiguous parcels of land totaling �1.41 acres. The north parcel on the property is developed with one office building currently occupied by RE/MAX Horizons Realty. Based on information provided by the Escambia County Property Appraiser�s website, the current structure was built in 1987 and encompasses approximately 7,077 square feet. The reminder of the north parcel consists of a landscaped areas, concrete sidewalks, and asphalt parking/drive areas. The south parcel on the property consists of wooded land and is developed with a gravel driveway. Based on the review of historical city directories, aerial photographs, and property records, the north parcel on the subject property consisted of wooded land from at least 1940 to 1965, was residential from at least 1973 to 1979, and has been occupied by the current realty office since 1987. The south parcel on the property consisted of wooded land from at least 1940 to 1955, was developed with a residence from at least 1965 to 1979, and has been wooded land and developed with a gravel driveway since at least 1994.
