Additional Property Attributes

Local contractor/builder to utilize site for expansion of their current business. Renovations of the vacant property will take place to put the building back into reuse.

Former Use: Standard and historical sources document the first developed use of the property occurred prior to 1938 with the construction of a residential dwelling. The dwelling was demolished between 1950 and 1951, and in 1951, the property was redeveloped with a portion of the current building. Between 1955 and 1963, an addition was constructed on the western side of the building. A second addition was constructed on the southwestern portion between 1981 and 1986 to complete the current layout. The property was formerly occupied by a weather stripping contractor and storm window installation business, from 1951 to the late 1960s. The property was occupied by a tool and die business from the early 1970s to 2015. The property has remained vacant with no occupants since that time.
