Additional Property Attributes

The Township intends to market the property for a future restaurant redevelopment.

Former Use: Reasonably ascertainable records for the subject property extended back to approximately 1938. Data failure occurred prior to that date and between 1947 and 1966. Based on the data failure from 1947 to 1966, PM identified a significant data gap during the completion of this Phase I ESA. Refer to the significant data gap bullet below for additional information. Standard and other historical sources were able to document the commercial building (4244-4248 West Saginaw Highway) located on the southern portion of the property was constructed in 1947, on previously vacant land. The eastern tenant space was occupied by a dry cleaning tenant from 1966 until 2007 and various retail tenants or vacant of occupants since that time. The western tenant space has been occupied by various retail tenants since at least the late 1960s. The residential dwellings on the central and northern portions of the property were constructed in 1924 and 1951 and have historically been utilized for residential purposes. Prior to the construction of the residential dwellings, portions of the property were utilized for agricultural use.
