Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in December 2015 identified RECs (per ASTM E1527-13)related to historical on-site petroleum storage/use/handling, and adjacent properties with similar concerns. A Phase II ESA was completed in 2016 (not funded by EPA) that discovered an unregistered tank and very limited soil impacts near the site's south boundary. The tank was properly removed and registered. The City subsequently funded additional soil impact delineation, soil excavation/ removal and reporting to FDEP and local agencies. In July 2017, the site received a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order from FDEP.

Former Use: Varied historical municipal uses (fire station, school) and likely contained a parking garage for a historical motel on a south adjacent property.
