Additional Property Attributes

Site is primarily wooded land that was recently logged; however, the former owner ran a growing/greenhouse business for years and turned into a junk collector. The former owner also previously illegally dug an irrigation pond.

Former Use: The Site is a 30-acre lot of undeveloped land consisting mostly of wooded areas. Evidence of an agricultural business operated by the previous owner is evident in the form of hundreds of empty plant pots combined with trees growing within plant pots scattered and partially buried throughout the southern portion of the Site. An irrigation pond on the Site that was also reported dug without permission from the City near the southern property boundary to support the operation. The remainder of the Site is wooded; however, has recently been heavily logged. Since the Citys acquisition of the Site, most of the random items reportedly collected by the former owner on the Site have been removed, and the City occasionally uses a cleared area in the south of the Site as a snow dump.
