Former Use: The Site is a 2.64-acre lot with two buildings, a 3,256 square foot, two-story residence with attached garage, and a 360 square foot shed. Both buildings have been poorly maintained and have experienced significant water damage. Both buildings also contain large quantities of remnant housewares and trash, and the residence in particular has experienced some vandalism.
