The site is comprised of two (2) parcels located along Church Street, Hammett Street Extension, Kerns Avenue, and Neely Street in a predominantly residential area of Greenville (Sans Souci Neighbourhood), South Carolina.

Former Use: The 4.0 acre parcel (10 Church Street) is densely vegetated with no permanent structures.
