Owner is still evaluating options for redevelopment usage type.

Former Use: The site has been used for mixed industrial purposes as early as 1914. Early records show it was part of the Oahu Railway and Land Company rail yard and round house until the mid 1960s. The current property owner purchased the property in the mid 1960s and constructed the warehouse building that is currently located at the Site. Since construction the building has housed many businesses/tenants including South Seas Sales, a publisher and lei production company; You and Me Naturally, a garment factory; Sugran Alabanza Church; and a construction contractor / gambling operation.
