Additional Property Attributes

The vacant commercial property will be redeveloped for multi tenant use split between office and a coffee shop.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the current building was constructed in 1900 and was occupied by retail and residential tenants from construction to 1925, a hardware store from 1925 to 1935, various restaurants from 1951 to 1972, various retail tenants from 1975 to 2012, and has been vacant of occupants since 2012. No commercial printers or dry cleaning operations have been identified through reasonably ascertainable sources.
