Additional Property Attributes

From the 1940s through the 1980s, the property was previously used as Martin Motor Company (automobile sales and service), automobile body shop, and automobile paint shop. Adjoining land previously used as two filling stations and one automobile repair garage. Property owner desires to donate property to City of Laurel (grantee).
