Former Use: Results of environmental investigations conducted at the 1014 and 1023 Reynolds Road parcels demonstrated that both parcels are �facilities�� as defined in Part 201 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, Act 451 of Michigan Public Acts of 1994, as amended (Part 201). The Property consists of two parcels of land at 1014 Reynolds Road and 1023 Reynolds Road in the City of Charlotte, Eaton County, Michigan. The 1014 Reynolds Road parcel consists of 5.35 acres of vacant land on the west side of Reynolds Road. The foundations, floor slabs, pavements, and utilities associated with a former manufacturing building remain present on that parcel. The 1023 Reynolds Road parcel consists of 14.61 acres of land currently developed with a gravel-covered vehicle storage area on the northern portion and a 100,000 square-foot vacant former manufacturing building on the southern portion. The Property was historically used for aluminum products manufacturing.
