Additional Property Attributes

The RECs identified during Phase I ESA activities include evidence of a former dump/landfill. Discussions with former WWTP workers indicate that this portion of the property was former used as the municipal landfill. Based on the unknown types and quantities of materials disposed of on the property, the current contaminants and media affected are unknown.
