The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (0.0803 ac); The Property is described as: Lot One (1) of Block 00B of THE HOWARD SUB ADDITION to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; The Property is currently comprised of 100% (0.0803 ac) vacant residential land; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1,191 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 100-year floodplain by FEMA; The Property�s geology consists of Quaternary-age alluvium; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Yahola fine sandy loam; State regulatory agency records indicate no underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property; and According to historic sources, the Property has been developed with residences since the 1920s. Former Use: The address associated with the Property historically operated as a dry cleaning facility in the 1950s. In addition, an address east adjacent to the Property has operated as a used auto sales yard with an onsite auto repair facility. Auto salvage yards have also occupied lots to the north and south of the Property. These constitute RECs to the Property.
