The Site is currently occupied by a five-story building that faces Broadway and is currently not in use other than for storage by the Palace Theater. Historically, the Site was occupied by the Fraternal Order of Eagles on the second through fifth floors of the building. Storefronts were located along Broadway on the first floor of the building that were occupied by Hart�s Jewelry followed by Alcoholics Anonymous in the southern storefront, and a restaurant and bar in the northern storefront.
