Additional Property Attributes

The contamination is limited to lead-paint and asbestos located within the building and around the building perimeter (paint only). ACM is also located in the debris pile for a portion of the building that was destroyed by fire. (PPF - Fmr Notre Dame HS/Fmr Burgess School, 9/28/06)

Former Use: Public school, wartime textile mill sewing only, public then catholic school, vacant building. Taken for taxes in 2000. Approved for a Brownfields Clean-up Grant. Clean-up grant requires an updated Phase I Assessment.
