Additional Property Attributes

The property has been a concern for several years as it related to possible contamination of the Baker River. The town plans to take the property and prepare it for a building lot for a single family home. The pending Brownfields assessment will provide the necessary information required to prepare and implement clean-up measures at the property. (PPF - Kelley Salvage Yard, 4/4/05)

Former Use: Salvage yard, mobile homes; property located adjacent to Baker River. Property is former automobile salvage yard. Solid wastes remain on the property, including scrap tires and USTs & ASTs.
