Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The target property is located in the commercial area of Poplar, Montana. The target property consists of a single structure that was severely damaged in a 2012 fire, and a gasoline pump island containing three separate pumps. The northern boundary of the target property is a parcel that currently contains burned building debris from the 2012 fire that damaged the Butch's Exxon building. The target property is bound to the east by 4th Avenue West, and to the South by F Street West (concurrent with U.S. Route 2). The Poplar Public school is located south of the target property across F Street West. The target property is bound to the west by a residential property and a single family residence.
