Additional Property Attributes

Three removal actions have been conducted at the property by EPA Region 1 Emergency Planning and Response Branch. In addition, the demolition of on-property structures was preformed under a U.S. Department of Commerce, EDA grant administered by the Southwest Region Planning Commission. (PPF ? A.C. Lawrence Leather, 4/4/05)

Former Use: Leather tannery operated from early 1900s to Dec. 1987. The property is impacted by varsol, PCE, sulfuric and formic acid, and chromium tanning solutions.
