Additional Property Attributes

Property has been vacant since approximately 1980. Previous property use was tire sales and service (1950 - 1980) and automotive repair garage 1920-1950). Local developer desires to purchase property and re-develop as commercial and residential. An automobile lift in the building foundation contains hydraulic oil and a hydraulic oil underground tank potentially exists in the building concrete slab. Historic use of adjoining land was filling stations and potentially a dry cleaners. Developer plans to redevelop bottom floor as commercial and upper floor as residential.
