Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently developed with a vacant single-story structure previously utilized as the former Woodside Cotton Mill office. According to the Greenville County Tax Assessor�s database, the subject property consists of 0.82 acre and is identified as Parcel #0122000600100. ARG Properties Acquisition, LLC is listed as the owner. The site is located within the Woodside Cotton Mill Village Historic District and also appears on the National Register of Historic Places.

Former Use: Our review of available historical information appears to indicate the site was developed as an office for the adjacent Woodside Cotton Mill in 1913; however, the structure was smaller than the existing building. The existing office building appears to have been constructed sometime between 1928 and 1943. It is unknown how long the office building has been vacant. Woodside Cotton Mill was constructed in various stages from 1902 to 1912.
