Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is an rectangular-shaped, approximate 0.15 acre parcel (TMS #0168000500200) with frontage on the Poinsett Highway in Greenville, SC. The subject property is on the west side of the Poinsett Highway just south of the Seaboard Railroad overpass.The subject property is in an area of inter-mixed commercial, light industrial, and residential use along the Poinsett Highway. The Poinsett Highway is a multi-lane road with commercial development and high traffic volumes on the north side of the City of Greenville.

Former Use: The subject property is mostly paved with one building of approximately 1100 square feet that has frontage on the Poinsett Highway. There is a sidewalk and car-width strip of pavement between the front of the building and the Poinsett Highway; however, the front wall of the building is just a few inches off of the actual property boundary.The subject property is approximately level and is raised a few feet higher than the adjacent properties on its north and west boundaries. There is a paved parking space between the building�s north wall and a concrete-block retaining wall that borders the driveway leading to the parcel (1433 Poinsett) behind the subject property. The back of the building has a narrow strip of pavement supported by a rock-and-dirt embankment that slopes down to the 1433 Poinsett parcel.
