Additional Property Attributes

The site is comprised of two (2) contiguous parcels located along Magnolia Drive, Hemlock Drive, and Plaza Drive in a residential and commercial area of Travelers Rest, South Carolina.The site is a mix of vacant, residential and one commercial property. The site is accessed from the west via N. Poinsettt Highway onto Hemlock or Thomas Drive/Magnolia Drive or from the east via Walnut Lane (U.S. Hwy. 25) onto Plaza Drive.

Former Use: The 3.59 acre parcel is predominantly vacant; with the exception of four (4) residential/mobile homes (three occupied and one vacant � 120-2B, 6B � 8B Hemlock Drive) and one vacant commercial building along Plaza Drive (Address: 3 Plaza Drive). The parcel is also split near Plaza Drive by Beaverdam Creek.The approximate 0.40 acre parcel (19 Magnolia Drive) is improved by one occupied residential structure.
