Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of the historical information, the site was sparsely wooded land from at least 1943 until the 1960s, when the site was developed with a road. The road was abandoned and the site was developed with the current retail buildings, stormwater pond and parking areas in the 1990s. The surrounding properties were historically used as residential properties and commercial properties that include a shopping center, restaurants, a drug store, banks, veterinary clinic and a fueling station
