Additional Property Attributes

Property has been redeveloped into a seafood restaurant.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the property occurred prior to 1944 with the construction of one or more residential structures at the property. Between 1944 and 1991 several small structures (likely residential in nature) were added throughout the subject property including the current building which was constructed in the northern area of the property and was operated as Loves Cafar and Grill. According to the current property owner, the cafe operated for 17 or 18 years but has since been vacant (since approximately 2006). Historical information indicates the remaining residential structures had been demolished by 2011 leaving the current property layout.
