Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the property occurred prior to 1935 with the agricultural use of the property. Between 1996 and 1998 agricultural operations ceased and in 1998 the property was developed with the current sales and service structure in the central portion and the current storage warehouse in the southern portion. The property has been occupied by various tractor sales and service companies since 1998. Historical interior waste streams associated with the tractor and equipment service operations since 1998 have included hazardous substances and/or petroleum products. However, based on the small scale operations, observed site conditions with good housekeeping practices, lack of floor drains and good conditions of the floors, and time period (18 years of operation), PM has not identified these operations as a concern.
