Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A 1,728 square foot building previously occupied by an office user. The building is a single story building and sits on a 0.05 acre parcel of land. Building built before mid-70�s. Concerns with Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) and Lead Based Paint (LBP). The property is developed with a one-story brick building with a partial basement on the eastern two-thirds of the site and a one-story concrete masonry block building on the western one-third of the site. Minimal landscaping was observed south of the concrete masonry block building. The brick building houses a massage and natural health business. The concrete masonry block building is currently used for storage. A gas station was located on the eastern portion of the northern adjacent property (1023 3rd Street South) from at least 1945 through 1963. A gas station was located at the property west of the site (1007 3rd Street South) from at least 1945 through 1982. Past owner- LI Investments.
