Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site was historically part of a 10-acre fish pond which was intermittently filled in the 1960s and 1970s. In the 1960s the Site was used as a warehouse for storage of brewery products and a beer garden for event hosting. The former brewing company was converted into the Tony Automotive Group car dealership on the north side of the Site and various commercial tenants including Primo Mini Storage Windward Moving Company and a medical transcription company occupied the warehouse at that time. During the tenancy of the Tony Automotive Dealership the southern portion of the Site was leased for approximately three years to a car detailing business. Since 2001 the Site has been occupied by various small tenants including retail spaces, auto mechanics seasonal retail stores, and a nursery.
