Property Highlights

Former Use: The Site has been used for mixed industrial purposes beginning as early as 1914. The earliest available records for the Site indicate that it was part of the Oahu Railway and Land Company Rail Yard and Round House until the mid 1960s. The property was subsequently developed into a gasoline service station in the late 1960s and continued to be used for that purpose until 2014. Additional buildings at the Site have been historically used as a car wash, convenience store, and restaurants.
