Former Use: Based on information obtained through local records review three fuel storage tanks and a change booth were installed in 1949; in 1985, two fuel pumps were installed, one of which was labeled unleaded. Based on information obtained through personal interviews, operations ceased in the 1980s. � Based on a review of historical documents, including Esmeralda County Assessor and Recorder records, and information obtained through interviews, the current owner of the subject site is Lloyd B. Austin as TTEE of the Lloyd B Austin DDS LTD Profit Sharing Trust (PST) is the current owner. The immediate past owner of the property was National Loan Co., LLC, that took ownership in 2006.
