Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Silver Peak Motel is located on a 0.77-acre parcel on Mohawk Drive in Silver Peak, Nevada. In 1988, the trailer hookups for the modular motel were installed on the property. A long-time, multi-generational resident of Silver Peak who requested anonymity stated the motel ceased operations in the 1990s. Dr. Lloyd B. Austin TTEE and Lloyd B. Austin DDS LTD Profit Sharing Trust acquired these parcel in 2009 through a Trustees Deed from Allied Foreclosure Services in what appears to be a default process. From 2002 to 2006, the property was owned by Glenn Couch. From 1990 to 2002, the property was owned solely by Alice Sanderson. Prior to 1990, the property was held jointly by Et Sanderson, Alice Sanderson, Sue Ann Thompson, and Harvey Humphrey. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment was requested in advance of property transfer due to concerns about the potential for hazardous substances on the subject site.
