Additional Property Attributes

A former waste water treatment plant located on Mobile Bat that the city would like to repurpose back into it's original use of greenspace and recreational use.

Former Use: Mobile Area Water and Sewer system operated the Bill Ziebach plant from 1965 to 2005. The property consist of 30 acres of wooded marsh land with 5 acres devoted to the wwtp, 6 acres of spoils, and 7 acres of marsh.
