Additional Property Attributes

Review of historical Sanborn Maps indicates that by 1914 the property was developed with two residential structures. By 1950, the property contained several structures: 1) a residential structure with an attachment 2) a building labeled as �Auto Rep� and an adjacent area labeled �Greas�g�, and 3) a canopy with a service island that extended into Rucker Avenue. In 1957, the auto repair building and canopy were labeled as vacant (�Vac�). By 1972, the property was occupied by "Jerry's Auto Glass" and it appears that the residential structure was no longer present. Snohomish County Assessor records indicate that in 1986 the property was being utilized as "Olympic Distributing Co." and contained a service garage. The property has remained in use as an automotive repair facility since 1986 and is currently operated as Everett Auto Clinic. Petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in site soils during the Phase II ESA; however, concentrations were well below applicable MTCA Method A Cleanup Levels. RCRA 8 metals including arsenic, barium, chromium, lead and mercury were detected in site soils; however, concentrations or each were below natural background levels as well as MTCA Method A or B Cleanup Levels.
